Vintner's Cellar offers you the unique opportunity to create your personal vintage - a white wine with just the right combination of fruit and oak or a red wine with the correct level of warmth and subtle flavors.
You can choose from over 25 different varietals as the beginning point for your unique vintage or choose several varietals to make your custom blend.
Our skilled wine makers guide you (and your guests) through the entire wine making experience from tasting all the way through to bottling and assist you in the design of your own personal label. The entire experience is designed to be relaxing, fun and educational and takes place during two visits to our winery over a period of approximately 6 weeks.
